Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to guest inquiries promptly via messaging platforms and emails. Assist in coordinating bookings, ensuring all details are accurate and guests are informed. Monitor guest reviews and feedback to enhance service quality. Support the host in managing listings, including updating information and optimizing photos. Conduct virtual tours or provide details about the property and local attractions to potential guests. Handle any issues that arise during a guest's stay, ensuring a seamless experience. Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to uphold property standards. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with Airbnb platform and tools is a plus. Proficient in using digital communication tools (e.g., email, chat platforms). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
