About the Role

Our Chilliwack branch is looking for a Junior Inside Sales Parts Representative / Warehouse Associate. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support branch operations with a focus on customer sales, service, and relationships as well as working in the warehouse. This position is ideal for an ambitious, service-driven individual with knowledge of the trucking, trailer, and tanker market.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Counter:

  • Assist customers in identifying parts and supplies; suggest alternatives when appropriate.
  • Source non-stock items from suppliers and competitors to ensure high service levels.
  • Prepare invoices and process cash, debit, and credit transactions.
  • Collaborate with sales and purchasing teams to evaluate new products and brands.
  • Follow up with customers on back orders and outstanding issues.
  • Process warranty claims and manage part/core returns.

General Warehouse Operations:

  • Stock shelves in the warehouse and storefront, ensuring items are organized and accessible.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods, report discrepancies or damages to the Branch Manager.
  • Pick, pack, and ship products accurately for customer orders and branch transfers.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Lift and move heavy products (up to 50 lbs.) safely and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Perform other warehouse or operational tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in automotive or heavy-duty parts sales (minimum one year).
  • Mechanical aptitude and background in parts distribution or vehicle repair.
  • Warehouse experience (minimum one year).
  • High attention to detail with excellent communication and customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-oriented and able to work effectively with peers, leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Forklift certification is considered an asset

Available Shift

  • Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 5:30 pm & Saturday, 8am to 4pm
