Part-time – Operations Dispatch
Job Description:
- Input and coordinate all incoming work orders, ensuring information accuracy
- Navigate customer portals to manage end-to-end work order flow
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and escalations
- Maintain understanding of client requirements and communicate them across the organization
- Oversee communications for large clients, provide follow-up, and coordinate with departments across Canada
- Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and customer portals
- Assist employees with internal troubleshooting using available manuals and documents
- Manage tight timelines and deadlines
- Adhere to the company’s Service, Motivate, Respect, and Connect core values
- Perform other tasks as required
- Participate in a preliminary phone interview, assessment, and MS Teams video interview as part of the hiring process
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service and administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- French and/or Spanish is an asset
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
- Knowledge of Kissflow is an asset
