Data Analyst – Remote (Canada)

Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing remote team in Canada. Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources.

  • Analyze data trends, patterns, and correlations to support business objectives.

  • Develop dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

  • Collaborate with management and IT teams to identify data requirements and streamline reporting processes.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to handle large data sets efficiently.

  • Strong communication skills to translate data findings into business insights.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.

  • Experience working with large datasets, dashboards, or database management is preferred.

  • Prior remote work experience is an asset but not mandatory.

Working Hours
