Calgary, AB, Hybrid, 3 days per week in office preferred. Remote candidates will be considered for those with strong Banner, Argos, and SQL expertise.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll develop, maintain, and enhance HR reports and dashboards that support operational and strategic decision-making.
• You’ll collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• You’ll analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide insights that support workforce planning and organizational initiatives.
• You’ll support key HR projects, including compensation and classification initiatives, while ensuring ongoing reporting requirements are met.
• You’ll contribute to process improvements, data quality initiatives, and continuous enhancements across HR systems and reporting processes.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in HR reporting, business analysis, HRIS, analytics, or a related field.
• Degree or diploma in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Banner ERP, Argos reporting, and SQL.
• Experience developing reports, analyzing data, and supporting business process improvements.
• Knowledge of Power BI, ServiceNow, Cornerstone, system integrations, Agile methodologies, or HR processes is considered an asset.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
