## About the Role As a Principal Associate in our Talent Management Solutions division, you will work collaboratively within a team to drive business growth by developing and negotiating with both new and existing clients. Your primary focus will be on marketing our services through virtual channels, phone outreach, and in-person meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers in the administrative and customer support space. ## What You'll Do You will take the lead on recruiting and interviewing highly skilled administrative and customer support professionals, matching them with client projects, contract assignments, and temp-to-perm opportunities. Managing permanent placements is key, ensuring exceptional service for both clients and candidates. You will provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates, and actively participate in local business associations and networking events to expand Robert Half's presence in the local business community. ## What We're Looking For We are seeking candidates who bring a bachelor's degree (preferred) and more than one year of experience in administration or customer assistance. Crucially, you should have over two years of experience in business development within a metrics-driven environment, and at least one year specifically focused on developing new business through multiple calls and decision-makers. You must be comfortable engaging with executives from small and medium-sized enterprises and building strong relationships with them. Your technical toolkit should include strong proficiency with the current Windows operating system, the Microsoft Office suite, and any contact management application (Salesforce is a plus).
