A structured approach to project leadership is essential. The role requires continuous monitoring of quality, progress, expenditure, programme commitments, and buildability while identifying opportunities to incorporate Al-Futtaim brand products where appropriate. Team Leadership * Lead internal and external consultants, contractors, and commercial team members throughout project delivery. * Establish practical strategies that enable the project team to achieve defined objectives. * Delegate responsibilities according to individual capabilities and technical strengths. * Provide the guidance and training required for team members to complete assigned responsibilities. * Maintain team engagement through regular communication, encouragement, and individual coaching. Project Delivery and Quality * Maintain project delivery against established quality requirements. * Monitor construction and project activities continuously to ensure required standards are achieved. * Coordinate the actions necessary to support successful project completion and receipt of the Completion Certificate. * Work with relevant project stakeholders to address quality issues during delivery.
