Senior Teamcenter Developer (Functional & TC Admin) Location: United States Remote Company: HCLTech About the Role HCLTech is seeking an experienced Senior Teamcenter Developer with strong expertise in Teamcenter Functional Modules, Teamcenter Support, and Teamcenter Administration (TC Admin) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, supporting, and administering Teamcenter solutions while enabling efficient PLM processes across engineering and manufacturing organizations. This role requires deep knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, data models, workflow customization, system administration, and integration support. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and PLM architects to deliver scalable and reliable Teamcenter solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Teamcenter solutions to support business requirements. Configure and support Teamcenter Functional Modules, including requirements management, change management, and workflow processes. Provide Teamcenter administration support including organization management, access control, user administration, and data model configuration. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve Teamcenter application, performance, and integration issues. Support Teamcenter deployments, upgrades, migrations, and environment management activities. Work with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure seamless PLM operations. Develop and maintain Teamcenter customizations using ITK and BMIDE. Support CAD integrations and data migration activities. Analyze existing PLM processes and recommend continuous improvements. Create technical documentation, support guides, and deployment procedures. Participate in system reviews, testing, and release activities. Required Skills Must Have Teamcenter Teamcenter Administration (TC Admin Modules) Technical Qualifications Strong experience with Teamcenter Functional Modules: Requirements Management Change Management Workflow Designer Experience with Teamcenter Support Modules: BMIDE Data Migration CAD Integrations Expertise in Teamcenter Administration: Organization Management Access Control User and Role Administration Data Model Management Strong understanding of: Teamcenter Architecture Teamcenter Data Model ITK Development Teamcenter Configuration and Customization Experience supporting production Teamcenter environments. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex PLM issues. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Teamcenter upgrades and migrations. Knowledge of Active Workspace (AWC). Experience integrating Teamcenter with CAD systems such as NX, Creo, or SolidWorks. Familiarity with manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or engineering environments. Strong understanding of PLM best practices. Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
