Senior Inventory Control Coordinator

<p><strong>Senior Parts & Inventory Specialist | Charlotte, NC</strong></p><p><strong>$60,000–$65,000/year | On-Site</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We’re hiring an experienced <strong>Senior Parts & Inventory Specialist</strong> for a growing Charlotte-area organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the full inventory cycle—from purchasing and replenishment to receiving, order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and discrepancy resolution.</p><p><br></p><p>This person will work closely with multiple departments and take ownership of keeping parts available, inventory accurate, and orders moving efficiently.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><p>• Process and track parts orders from entry through fulfillment and shipment</p><p>• Manage purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery dates</p><p>• Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate reorder points and stocking levels</p><p>• Review demand history, forecasts, and usage to anticipate inventory needs</p><p>• Support cycle counts, physical inventories, and routine inventory audits</p><p>• Research and resolve inventory, receiving, and shipment discrepancies</p><p>• Identify slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory and recommend solutions</p><p>• Coordinate receiving, returns, RMAs, and warranty-related inventory transactions</p><p>• Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing information within the ERP system</p><p>• Partner with warehouse, sales, operations, accounting, and other internal teams</p><p>• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, order flow, replenishment, and overall processes</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><p>• 3+ years of experience in <strong>inventory control, parts operations, purchasing, warehouse operations, or supply chain</strong></p><p>• Strong understanding of cycle counting, reorder points, inventory turnover, demand planning, and stockout prevention</p><p>• Experience creating and managing purchase orders and working directly with suppliers</p><p>• Strong <strong>Excel and ERP/inventory system</strong> experience</p><p>• Excellent organization, problem-solving, and follow-through</p><p>• Ability to investigate discrepancies and take ownership through resolution</p><p>• Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment</p><p>• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed</p><p><br></p><p>This is a great opportunity for someone who has moved beyond basic inventory transactions and is ready to take greater ownership of <strong>inventory planning, purchasing, accuracy, and process improvement</strong>.</p>
