Position Overview

Erico Technologies LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Transcriptionist to join our remote team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will convert audio recordings into clear, accurate, and professionally formatted written documents while maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has strong listening skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transcribe audio recordings into accurate written documents
  • Review and proofread transcripts for grammar, spelling, and formatting
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information
  • Meet assigned deadlines while maintaining quality standards
  • Organize and manage transcription files and documentation
  • Communicate with team members regarding project requirements and clarifications
Requirements
  • Strong typing and listening skills
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and proofreading abilities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and document management tools

Compensation
