Job Summary

PonTek Solutions is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a work-from-home opportunity.

Urgent hiring — limited seats are available for the upcoming training class. Qualified applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.

Selected candidates will complete required training, certification, screening, and technical requirements before beginning production service.

Paid Training

Training is paid according to the applicable program terms.

Training Start Date: October 5, 2026

Training will be conducted Monday through Friday with the following class options:

Option 1: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET

Option 2: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM ET

Production Service

Upon successful completion of the required certification and training, qualified representatives may begin production service.

Production Pay: $11.30 per hour

Additional incentives may be available based on applicable program requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions and provide professional support.
  • Resolve customer concerns and service-related issues.
  • Assist customers with account and service inquiries.
  • Accurately document customer interactions.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers.
  • Follow established client procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette.
  • Protect confidential customer information.
  • Meet applicable quality and performance standards.
  • Complete all required training and certification.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Comfortable working independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to successfully complete required screening and certification.

Previous customer service or call-center experience is preferred but not required.

Work-From-Home Requirements

  • Ability to meet applicable technical and security requirements.

Required System & Technical Check

Before beginning training and production service, selected applicants must successfully complete all required system and technical checks, which may include:

  • Computer/system compatibility check.
  • Internet connection verification.
  • Required equipment and hardware requirements.
  • Operating system and browser requirements.
  • Microphone and audio functionality.
  • Security and privacy requirements.
  • Required software installation.
  • Technical certification requirements.
