Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and live‑chat messages during your scheduled shift (Friday‑Sunday, 2 pm‑10 pm EST) with a friendly, empathetic, and solution‑focused approach.
  • Guide the Shopping Journey: Assist new and prospective customers in discovering products, understanding sizing, navigating promotions, and completing checkout, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Essential Qualifications
