EWC Montgomery Wellness & Aesthetics is entering a new chapter under new ownership. We’re building on an established neighbourhood wellness practice and expanding our focus to advanced wellness, healthy aging and advanced aesthetics.

With 150 current members and a client base of approximately 1,800, we have an established community to introduce to our growing range of services.

We’re seeking an experienced RN injector to provide cosmetic injectables, including Botox and dermal fillers, and administer IV therapy. Applicants must bring an established medical oversight relationship with a physician or another appropriately authorized prescribing practitioner, with an arrangement that can extend to their services at EWC.

Your opportunity

• Provide cosmetic injectable treatments, including Botox and dermal fillers, within your qualifications and professional scope and under appropriate prescribing and medical oversight arrangements.
• Conduct nursing assessments, review relevant health histories and support individualized treatment planning with the prescribing practitioner.
• Explain treatment options, risks, aftercare and realistic outcomes, and obtain informed consent.
• Establish IV access, administer authorized IV treatments and monitor patients throughout their appointments.
• Confirm that each IV treatment has a valid order from a prescriber authorized for that treatment and that the order can be acted on within your nursing scope.
• Work directly with our naturopathic doctor and other practitioners to coordinate appropriate care and referrals while maintaining clear professional responsibilities.
• Recognize and respond to adverse reactions and complications, with appropriate escalation and follow-up.
• Help establish safe service protocols, emergency readiness and patient-care processes before launch.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, treatment documentation and patient confidentiality.
• Contribute to patient education and the development of our aesthetics and wellness services.

What you bring

• Current registration in good standing and a valid RN practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta.
• Recognized cosmetic-injectable training and demonstrated hands-on experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• An existing relationship with a physician or another appropriately authorized prescribing practitioner who is willing and able to provide the required oversight for your work at EWC.
• Ability to document the oversight arrangement, including prescribing, consultation availability, complication management and follow-up responsibilities.
• Demonstrated competence in IV insertion, infusion administration and patient monitoring.
• Current BLS/CPR certification and emergency-response skills appropriate to the services you provide.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, contraindications, infection prevention and injectable-complication management.
• A thoughtful approach to aesthetic outcomes, patient education and treatment suitability.
• Comfort working as an independent contractor and managing the business responsibilities of your own practice.
• Ability to maintain the credentials, professional liability insurance and any licences or authorizations required for your services, including cosmetic injectables and IV therapy.
• An established client base or professional referral network is an asset, particularly if you are looking to grow your practice at EWC.
