Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist - Remote Entry Level

About the role

We're looking for a Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist to help create and execute visual marketing materials across print, digital, advertising, and events. This is an execution-focused, design-heavy role perfect for someone who enjoys managing creative requests while maintaining strong visual consistency and attention to detail.

You'll be equally comfortable designing polished campaigns, updating marketing materials, preparing event collateral, organizing creative assets, and managing revisions from start to finish. You'll work closely with marketing leadership, coordinators, video teams, and external vendors to ensure all projects are completed accurately, professionally, and on time.

This is a fully remote role open to applicants worldwide.

What success looks like in your first 90–180 days

High-quality creative work across multiple marketing initiatives; faster design turnaround times and a reliable creative production pipeline; strong visual consistency across all print and digital materials; an organized library of templates, logos, brand assets, and completed work; strong ownership of projects from initial request through revisions and completion; responsive support for team members; accurate, polished work that requires minimal correction.

Key responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Production

Develop creative concepts based on marketing objectives; resize and adapt creative across formats, campaigns, and placements; prepare final artwork for print and digital production; handle revisions quickly and accurately while maintaining design integrity; design a wide range of marketing materials including one-sheets, brochures, postcards, digital and display advertising, event invitations, signage, presentations, infographics, website graphics, and campaign collateral.

Marketing Support

Create and update marketing materials including business cards, profiles, presentations, and recognition graphics; support onboarding by coordinating required marketing materials; assist with website updates including profiles, media mentions, blogs, and event pages; format and prepare content to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment; learn and work within content management systems and established workflows.

Skills/background needed

Strong design capabilities using Canva (expert level required); knowledge of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy; ability to create a variety of marketing materials including digital graphics, presentations, and branded collateral; ability to work quickly while producing thoughtful, professional content; strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; ability to work independently and collaborate with others; comfort receiving feedback and making revisions while maintaining brand standards; a portfolio demonstrating design range and marketing intent.

Bonus skills

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite; simple motion graphics using tools like Canva or similar software; experience supporting social media campaigns; background in service industry branding.
