<p>Clinical Pharmacist – Prior Authorization | Remote California | PBM</p><p><strong>Remote – California | 12-Month Contract | $60–$65/hour DOE</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Our client, a major <strong>Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM)</strong> serving more than 33 million members across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid programs, is seeking an experienced <strong>Clinical Pharmacist – Prior Authorization</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Details</strong></p><p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Clinical Pharmacist – Prior Authorization</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote – California</p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 12-month contract with potential for extension</p><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $60–$65/hour, depending on experience</p><p><br></p><p>This role is well suited for a <strong>PharmD with prior authorization review experience</strong> and strong knowledge of outpatient medications.
