White-Label Figma Designer & Elementor Specialist (Canada) - Agency Partner

We are a growing marketing agency looking for an experienced, highly detail-oriented WordPress Developer & UI/UX Designer based in Canada to partner with us on custom website builds.

In this role, you will design in Figma and build core templates in WordPress using Elementor. Beyond delivering flawless execution, you will work directly inside our project management platform (Teamwork) and collaborate with our Junior Front-End Developer, answering questions and assisting during the handover, QA, and maintenance phases.

The Workflow:

Teamwork Integration: Work directly within our Teamwork project management system to manage deliverables, track task milestones, log billable time, and update project status.

Template Perfection & Hand-Off: Deliver immaculate styling, clean global design tokens (fonts, colors, spacing), and pixel-perfect Elementor templates. The initial build must be flawless so our Junior Front-End Developer can duplicate templates and populate content without running into inefficiencies or structural bugs.

Help & Guidance: Guide our junior developer on how global styles and components work, answer technical questions, and offer constructive tips as he builds secondary pages.

QA & Security Protocols: Maintain strict cybersecurity standards across staging environments (secure login management, application hardening, and safe file handoffs). Help resolve technical/CSS tickets submitted via BugHerd during internal and client review rounds.

Requirements:

Based in Canada (for time zone alignment and smooth communication).

Teamwork: Comfortable managing tasks, sub-lists, and time logs inside Teamwork.

Elementor Mastery: Deep expertise in Elementor (including Theme Builder, global widgets, custom CSS, and responsive styling optimization).

High Cybersecurity Standards: Proven experience implementing WordPress security best practices (enforcing strict credential hygiene via 1Password/Bitwarden, applying least-privilege access, disabling XML-RPC, preventing brute-force vulnerabilities, and maintaining secure staging environments).

Obsessive Attention to Detail: High standard for design accuracy, clean code structures, and template organization.

Team Mindset: Patient, collaborative, and communicative attitude; comfortable answering questions from a junior developer.
