In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them via chat and email (no phone calls). You’ll assist with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.</p> <p>The position is fully remote.</p> </div> <div> <strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></div> <ul> <li><strong>Fluency in English is mandatory:</strong> English is our primary working language, so strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.</li> <li><strong>Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese:</strong> This position implies exchanging with numerous of our LATAM customers.</li> <li><strong>Technical knowledge:</strong> You don’t need to be a developer, but a solid understanding of tech concepts (e.g., HTML/CSS) is required. This isn’t a “learn on the job” role, come prepared!</li> <li><strong>Team spirit:</strong> Empathy, kindness, understanding, active listening, and a collaborative mindset are essential. You’ll fit right in if you value teamwork and fostering a positive work environment.</li> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> Familiarity with customer support software is a plus, but not mandatory.</li> <li><strong>Communication soft-skills:</strong> We are looking for someone who understands the difference between a good support experience, and a great one.
