In this capacity, the <strong>Team Member Experience Coordinator</strong> plays a crucial role of the day-to-day administrative functions and processes at a Long Term Community.  The role is employee relations including, performance management and investigations</p> <p style="margin-left: 59.9pt;"><span>·<span>         </span></span>Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns</p> <p style="margin-left: 59.9pt;"><span>·<span>         </span></span>Support in resolving employee relations/investigations by participating in and recording as required</p> <p style="margin-left: 59.9pt;"><span>·<span>         </span></span>Support in the creation and execution of the Employee Engagement plans, townhalls, and deployment of other HR programs</p> <p style="margin-left: 59.9pt;"><span>·<span>         </span></span>Support service recognition ceremonies and activities</p> <p style="margin-left: 59.9pt;"><span>·<span>         </span></span>Participate in the Health & Safety committee</p> <p style="margin-left: 59.9pt;"><span>·<span>         </span></span>Coordinate Third Parties on WSIB/WSBC Claims management, and Early & Safe Return to Work Programs and non-occupational leave of absences</p> <p style="margin-left: 59.9pt;"><span>·<span>         </span></span>Act as the first point of contact for queries related to the Collective Agreement</p> <p style="margin-left: 59.9pt;"><span>·<span>         </span></span>Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure Collective Agreements are followed, manage and track grievances, schedule grievance meetings and Joint Labour/Management</p> <p style="margin-left: 59.9pt;"><span>·<span>         </span></span>Assist in grievances, disciplines, arbitration matters </p> <p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p> <p style="margin-left: 59.9pt;"><span>·<span>         </span></span>You have a minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience is required</p> <p style="margin-left: 59.9pt;"><span>·<span>         </span></span>Post-secondary education in HR or equivalent is required</p> <p style="margin-left: 59.9pt;"><span>·<span>         </span></span>CHRP designation is an asset</p> <p style="margin-left: 59.9pt;"><span>·<span>         </span></span>Experience working in a Health Care setting is an asset</p> <p style="margin-left: 59.9pt;"><span>·<span>
