The RM Supervising Associate provides functional support to the Consulting RM Leader/Sub Service Line (SSL) RM Leads.<br><br>This job posting relates to an existing vacancy within our organization<br><br><strong>Your Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong>As an RM Supervising Associate, you will be responsible for supporting deployment; development; and capacity management of Consulting client-serving professionals. You will be responsible for reporting requirements to effectively deploy client-serving professionals and provide them with meaningful career experiences. You'll receive regular supervision to set appropriate priorities.<br><br><strong>Deployment:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Support Consulting RM SSL Leads in addressing complex scheduling assignments.</li><li>Regularly review CRM/pipeline data to proactively match resources to committed deals/highly probable pursuits</li><li>Conduct skill and bio/CV searches that focuses on matching project need(s) with required skills, development opportunities and project risk.</li><li>Assist with the creation/maintenance of accurate personnel and client project schedules.</li><li>Proactively identify resources that will become availability in short term (i.e. next 2-3 weeks)</li><li>Proactively monitor and highlight unassigned resources in order to minimize unassigned time</li><li>Regularly communicate material schedule changes to the RM SSL Lead(s)</li><li>Communicate regularly with the Resource Management team on the status of staffing requirements<br><br></li></ul><strong>Teaming:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Demonstrate effective teaming with RM team(s) by proactively/creatively responding to requests.</li><li>Involved in ad hoc projects as required (i.e. task forces, reporting, process improvement committees, training manuals etc.)</li><li>Identify ways to improve Resource Management processes</li><li>Participate in the orientation of new hires by providing an overview of the Resource Management function and operating model</li><li>Partner with the Talent Team (i.e. HR) on Performance Management initiatives</li><li>Actively supports Resource Management enablers including ProFinda; EYA; EY Discover; SuccessFactors, Mercury, etc.</li><li>Work with peers across the Canadian RM team by contributing to RM priorities; task forces; and/or projects</li><li>Provide effective coaching/mentoring to assigned counselees/direct reports (when assigned)<br><br></li></ul><strong>Reporting: <br><br></strong><ul><li>Act as a subject matter resource on RM tools/enablers</li><li>Assist with the creation of Service Line; Market and/or Competency reporting including utilization performance; forecasts; variance analysis; and capacity management analytics</li><li>Create reports and pivot tables for deployment data<br><br></li></ul><strong>To qualify for the role, you must have:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience</li><li>Experience staffing consulting professionals or roles</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel</li><li>Proficiency in other Microsoft applications</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French-language skills are an asset</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to client service and the ability to resolve issues promptly</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities</li><li>Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills</li><li>Self-motivated and confident working independently</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Three to five years of relevant work experience</li><li>Experience in a professional services firm is an asset<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Offer<br><br></strong>At EY, our Total Rewards package supports our commitment to creating a leading people culture - built on high-At EY, our Total Rewards package supports our commitment to creating a leading people culture built on high-performance teaming, where everyone can achieve their potential and contribute to building a better working world for our people, our clients and our communities.
