Position Overview

As a Senior Remote Chat Support Executive, you will spearhead a high‑performing team of chat agents, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects Arenaflex’s commitment to excellence. You will design and implement policies, oversee training, and drive continuous improvement in service quality. Your leadership will directly influence customer satisfaction scores, agent engagement, and operational efficiency across our global support network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Design & Optimization: Create, document, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for chat interactions, escalation protocols, and knowledge base updates.
