Senior Partner Marketing Manager, AI – ISV Ecosystem
Job Description:
- Define Dropbox’s partner strategy with Business Development and own partner marketing strategy across priority AI and ISV partners
- Translate business and customer priorities into a portfolio of bets, roadmap, prioritization criteria, and operating approach
- Lead strategic partner marketing initiatives from concept through launch and optimization
- Develop joint value propositions, campaign briefs, go-to-market plans, content strategies, activation plans, and partner-facing deliverables
- Build repeatable evergreen co-marketing programs including joint campaigns, customer stories, lifecycle activation, events, content, and partner amplification
- Design partner segmentation, reusable launch frameworks and templates, decision rights, operating cadences, measurement approaches, campaign governance, and joint investment planning
- Build trusted partner relationships and collaborate with Partnerships, Product, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders
- Resolve dependencies, navigate competing priorities, make tradeoffs, and drive complex programs to completion
- Manage and develop a small team of partner marketers
- Coach team members, raise quality standards, unblock execution, and step into priority programs
- Use approved AI tools for partner research, synthesis, planning, content development, personalization, and analysis
- Implement repeatable AI-enabled workflows while maintaining human review and accountability
Requirements:
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Significant experience in partner, ecosystem, platform, or strategic alliances marketing
- Demonstrated ability to set strategy and personally build plans, programs, processes, and deliverables
- Experience developing joint value propositions, go-to-market strategies, integrated campaigns, launch plans, and evergreen co-marketing programs with technology, SaaS, platform, AI, or ISV partners
- Ability to structure underdefined opportunities and drive work through execution, measurement, iteration, and scale
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize performance data, customer and partner insights, market signals, and qualitative inputs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop, translate, and critically review joint partner messaging and clear customer value propositions
- Experience driving decisions across partners, Product, Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing
- Experience managing and developing high-performing marketers
- Demonstrated experience applying AI or automation to real marketing or business workflows
- Experience validating AI outputs and retaining human accountability
- Preferred: Experience in AI, SaaS, productivity, collaboration, cloud, developer-platform, or rapidly evolving technology ecosystems
- Preferred: Experience building new partner marketing programs or operating models from the ground up
- Preferred: Experience converting launches into sustained co-marketing programs
- Preferred: Experience connecting partner marketing to adoption, engagement, pipeline, revenue, or other business outcomes
- Preferred: PLG + SLG experience
