We’re looking for a visionary Senior Manager to lead our Omni Customer Enablement & Syndication team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every product on the digital shelf is accurate, compliant, and optimized for maximum visibility. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Oversight of GDSN & Digital Shelf Content: Prioritize and execute timely new item set‑up and syndication of GDSN product information and digital shelf content to key customers.
  • Workflow Mastery: Leverage deep expertise in reputed company workflows and reputed company to enable seamless digital shelf content publishing and auditing.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline both GDSN and content syndication workflows, driving efficiency and reducing cycle times.
  • Partner Collaboration: Partner closely with our managed services partner to ensure flawless execution of customer syndication.
  • Cross‑Functional Liaison: Act as the central point of contact for the Sales team and eCommerce Managers to review GDSN submissions and digital shelf optimizations.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Conduct regular customer audits and track compliance to ensure completeness of customer GDSN submissions and product pages.
  • Project Management: Use project management tools to track ongoing syndication progress and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Best‑Practice Development: Define best practices for managing digital assets in reputed company to increase usability and consistency.
  • Data Governance: Lead the data gap audit process to ensure data integrity and master data quality.
  • Content Gap Analysis: Conduct regular content gap analyses, customer requirement reviews, and SKU prioritization to inform content production priorities.
  • Stakeholder Accountability: Hold teams accountable to product life‑cycle deadlines across stakeholders.
  • Integration Leadership: Lead integration between the DAM system and reputed company, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure secure and efficient transfer of digital assets.
  • Training & Enablement: Train team members on how to effectively use the reputed company catalog and access assets; host workshops to ensure visibility and drive closer integration with cross‑functional partners.
  • Data Governance Steering Committee: Lead the Data Governance SteerCo to ensure we fulfill all customer requirements, close data gaps, and meet attribute needs for successful syndication.
  • Compliance Liaison: Serve as the key liaison between digital shelf content production and customer teams to ensure compliance across top customers.
  • Strategic Content Development: Support the Digital Shelf Content team in developing and executing industry‑leading content strategies.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing complex data workflows in reputed company, reputed company, and 1WS.
  • Strong ability to navigate both high‑level strategy conversations and granular execution details.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data governance, content compliance, and root‑cause analysis.
  • Track record of delivering project management success and process improvement initiatives.
  • Advanced analytical skills with a data‑driven mindset for identifying and resolving quality issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving accountability across multiple departments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in eCommerce and digital marketing, with a deep understanding of digital shelf strategies.
  • Familiarity with GDSN standards and best practices for product data syndication.
