Have you ever wanted to work behind the scenes at one of Canada’s most iconic entertainment events? Securitas Canada is hiring Event Security Guards for the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) 2026!

Join our team and play a vital role in creating a safe, secure, and welcoming experience for festival guests, filmmakers, media, staff, and VIPs from around the world.

Location: 235 Yorkland Blvd Suite 400 North York, ON M2J 4Y8

Time: 9:30AM-12:00PM

Date: Aug 31, 2026

Candidates Should Be Prepared For The Following If Selected

  • Be able to complete same day training for approximately 1 hour after selection at our office. Sessions will be at 12PM, 1PM, 2PM, 3PM and 4PM.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe environment

  • Surveillance duties.

  • Use highly specialized equipment.

  • Work alongside an experienced security team at one of Canada’s premier events

Qualifications

  • Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

  • Previous security or customer service experience is an asset
