DESCRIPTION : L’équipe des Services professionnels (ProServe) d’Amazon Web Services (AWS) est à la recherche d’un ou d'une responsable des pratiques de prestation (DPM) expérimenté qui se joindra à son équipe ProServe Shared Delivery Team (SDT). Dans ce rôle, vous gérerez une équipe de consultants en prestation ProServe tout en accompagnant les clients entreprise d’AWS dans le cadre de projets de transformation. Vous mettrez à profit votre expérience en informatique et/ou en consultation en gestion pour jouer le rôle de conseiller ou conseillère stratégique auprès des clients, des partenaires et des équipes internes d’AWS. En tant que DPM, vous serez responsable de la constitution et de la gestion d’une équipe de consultants en prestation et/ou de responsables de mission qui collaborent avec des clients et des partenaires dans l’architecture et la mise en œuvre de solutions novatrices. Vous serez régulièrement en contact avec des directeurs, des cadres supérieurs ainsi que des conseils d’administration, tout en étant responsable de la saisie des occasions d’affaires et de la mise en œuvre de la prestation des missions. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des équipes partenaires, dirigerez des initiatives de développement commercial en faisant preuve d’un leadership éclairé, donnerez des orientations sur la gestion des portefeuilles et superviserez l’opération. Vous veillerez à l’atteinte et au dépassement des objectifs de satisfaction du client. En tant que DPM, vous vous concentrerez principalement, directement ou par l’intermédiaire de vos équipes, sur la compréhension et la définition des résultats d’affaires recherchés par les clients en instaurant une relation de confiance, en identifiant les offres des Services professionnels AWS applicables et en élaborant des propositions et des EDT. Votre expérience acquise à la tête d’équipes dans le secteur des technologies vous permettra d’optimiser les performances du service grâce à la mise en œuvre de plans de développement personnalisés, de même qu’en veillant à ce que vos équipes soient en phase avec les besoins des clients et disposent des compétences et des capacités nécessaires pour répondre à leurs attentes. Grâce à votre capacité à traduire des concepts techniques en valeur commerciale pour les clients, puis à discuter en détail des aspects techniques avec les équipes, vous développerez des relations solides avec les clients, Amazon Global Sales (AGS) et l’équipe ProServe, ce qui vous permettra d’obtenir des résultats commerciaux exceptionnels. The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking an experienced Delivery Practice Manager (DPM) to join our ProServe Shared Delivery Team (SDT) at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll manage a team of ProServe Delivery Consultants while supporting AWS enterprise customers through transformative projects. You'll leverage your IT and/or Management Consulting background to serve as a strategic advisor to customers, partners, and internal AWS teams. As a DPM you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Consultants and or Engagement Managers working with customers and partners to architect and implement innovative solutions. You’ll routinely engage with Director, C-level executives, and governing boards, whilst being responsible for opportunity capture and driving engagement delivery. You’ll work closely with partner teams; drive business development initiatives through thought leadership; provide portfolio guidance and oversight; and meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets. As a DPM you are primarily focused directly or through their teams, on understanding and defining business outcomes for customers by building trust, identifying applicable AWS Professional Services offerings, and creating proposals and SOW’s. Your experience gained leading teams within the technology sector, will equip you with the ability to optimize team performance through implementing tailored people development plans, ensuring your teams are aligned to customer needs, and have the skills and capacity to address customer outcomes.
