<strong>Accountant ( Remote) <br><br></strong><strong>Overview<br><br></strong>We’re looking for an experienced Accountant who can hit the ground running. You’ll help drive accurate, full-cycle accounting by preparing and analyzing reporting packages, completing reconciliations, and ensuring financial information is consistent, compliant, and reliable. If you’re detail-focused, proactive, and ready to contribute immediately, we’d love to hear from you.<br><br><strong>Required Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Minimum 1–2 years in an accounting-related role</li><li>Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related </li><li>CPA designation or currently working toward an accounting designation</li><li>???????Strong ability to compile and analyze financial information for accurate accounting entries</li><li>Proven skill in reviewing, investigating, and correcting discrepancies to maintain consistency and accuracy</li><li>Comfort working with financial information relating to assets, liabilities, and capital</li><li>Experience performing reconciliations, including:</li><ul><li>Bank accounts</li><li>Balance sheet accounts</li><li>Intercompany accounts</li></ul><li>Ability to investigate discrepancies and present solutions</li><li>Experience supporting intercompany consolidation and monthly settlement processes</li><li>Knowledge of and ability to maintain compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and standards (e.g., SOX, FAMM)</li><li>Strong attention to detail—able to review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports</li><li>Ability to maintain fixed assets sub-ledger and ensure fixed asset transactions are submitted to the fixed asset system on a timely basis</li><li>Ability to prepare weekly and monthly reporting for internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to act as a subject matter expert to support internal departments</li><li>Ability to complete ad hoc projects as required</li><li>Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (required); stronger proficiency is a plus</li><li>Proficiency in AS400 (a plus)</li></ul>Ready to bring your accounting skills to a role where accuracy matters?
