Team Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • We are also looking for associates with experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiering, Sales, Driving, Warehouse Operations, and Gaming. If you have experience in these roles—or enjoy gaming and thrive in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments—we encourage you to apply. Make your experience count!
  • No inventory experience? No problem. If you can bring the commitment, we will train the rest.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
  • Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; and the ability to frequently travel via car.

L'Associé d'inventaire (IA) est chargé de compter physiquement les stocks à l'aide d'un appareil de comptage d'inventaire portatif pour les clients du district sur différents sites et doit saisir avec précision les informations dans l'équipement WIS. Tâches / Responsabilités
  • Atteindre les objectifs fixés en matière de comptage de la moyenne horaire (APH - average per hour) tout en garantissant l'exactitude et l'intégrité des données collectées dans tous les inventaires effectués.
  • Communiquer des informations de manière claire et précise, à l'oral et à l'écrit, d'une manière positive qui suscite la coopération.
  • Créer des partenariats et inspirer confiance en ses propres capacités, sur la base d'une expertise démontrée.
  • Prend l'initiative d'explorer et de suggérer de nouvelles approches susceptibles d'avoir un impact sur la qualité et/ou la quantité des performances professionnelles et sur l'efficacité de l'organisation.

Qualifications
Pour accomplir ce travail avec succès, une personne doit être capable d'accomplir chaque tâche essentielle de manière satisfaisante. Les exigences énumérées ci-dessous sont représentatives des connaissances, des compétences et/ou des aptitudes requises. Les candidats doivent être âgés d'au moins 18 ans et disposer d'un moyen de transport fiable.
Éducation / Expérience: Expérience préalable du travail en équipe dans un environnement de service à la clientèle et expérience préalable du travail en équipe dans un environnement d'inventaire et/ou de vente au détail, de préférence.
Compétences informatiques: Compétences en matière de frappe de préférence.
Compétences linguistiques: L'anglais est la langue principale ; toutefois, des compétences bilingues peuvent être requises dans certaines régions.
Responsabilités de supervision: Ce poste ne comprend pas des responsabilités de supervision directe.
Exigences physiques: L’associé d’inventaire doit être capable de s'adapter à des conditions de travail changeantes, telles que rester debout et assis pendant de longues périodes, ainsi que marcher fréquemment. Il faut être capable de soulever et de porter jusqu'à 50 livres.
Environnement de travail
Les inventaires ont lieu dans un environnement de terrain tel que des entrepôts, des industries extérieures, des magasins de détail, etc. Chaque équipe se déplace sur un site différent à l'intérieur de la zone de couverture définie. Ce poste nécessite des déplacements fréquents en voiture et occasionnels en avion.
