Role Description

As a Freelance AI Trainer and Evaluator, you’ll contribute to real-world AI projects by applying your domain expertise to improve the quality and accuracy of generative AI systems. Depending on your background, your responsibilities may include:

  • Translating or localizing content into regional languages
  • Assigning appropriate tags or labels to text, images, and videos
  • Reviewing AI-generated outputs (content, code, or chatbot responses) for accuracy, tone, and relevance
  • Providing structured feedback to enhance model performance
  • Participating in small-scale coding tasks or product feature testing (for technical contributors)

You will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and projects, with tasks available around the clock.

Qualifications

  • Professionals: At least 8 years of professional experience in Medical or Legal fields or passed qualifications like the American Bar.
  • Experts: Backgrounds in STEM, Computer Science, Law (LLM), Education (teachers/academics), or Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) with a Master’s or PhD degree or a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Pro Hobbyists: Deep expertise in Music, Sports, or Video Editing with a Master’s/PhD or 8+ years of experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Swedish.
  • Ability to evaluate Gen AI outputs for correctness (e.g., reviewing AI-generated code or responses).
  • Experience in coding and testing new product features for apps or websites.
  • Capability to review AI chatbot outputs for clarity, tone, or accuracy.
