We’re hiring right now; if you’re interested, apply below for your chance to join a great place to work<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Processing forms adding client’s banking information manually to the system. Looking for accuracy and fast processor</li><li>Will be printing and distributing cheques for various lines of business such as DS, PH&N, DI, and RT.</li><li>Will be courier cheques, distributed to different departments, and mailed via Canada Post or inter-office.</li><li>Will be cross-trained within the team to be able to prioritize work and assist where it is most needed.</li><li>Assist with processing various forms in Vitria/Workflow along with Servicelink requests and Inquiries.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Must-have Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple requests and be able to prioritize.</li><li>Ability to handle high volumes at peak times in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Be able to work overtime when required to meet SLA’ and high volumes, at peak times.</li><li>Strong customer service, be able to follow our model of Client’s First attitude.</li><li>Be able to understand when a request is urgent and how to resolve it.</li><li>Be willing to cross-train within the group to perform various duties as requested.</li><li>Attention to detail is a must requirement.</li><li>Ability to work, independently and within a team environment.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Nice-to-have Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>High accuracy in processing, be able to provide assistance to other team members when required.</li><li>Be comfortable in dealing with branch inquiries.</li><li>Knowledge of BTS, JEFE, Servicelink, Excel.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Looking for meaningful work?
