on the weekend evening shift, you will be the frontline ambassador for careerzynith, turning first‑time visitors into loyal brand advocates. Your interactions—whether via phone, email, or live chat—will directly influence customer satisfaction, retention, and the overall perception of our brand. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all inbound customer interactions (phone, email, chat) during scheduled shifts with a friendly, relatable tone.
  • Guide new and prospective customers through the careerzynith shopping experience, answering product, order, and subscription questions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum

2 years of experience

in a customer service, support, or related role, preferably in e‑commerce or fashion retail.
