Clinic front desk administrator

Optimo Clinics Physio Inc. is hiring a full-time Front Desk Administrator to join our rehabilitation clinic.

Schedule: Monday to SaturdayTraining: Paid training provided

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day front desk and administrative operations of the clinic, including patient scheduling and follow-up, communication with patients, billing/payment coordination, documentation, and general clinic administration. Specific functions, processes and responsibilities will be communicated during training.

Requirements

  • Must currently reside in and be legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Must live within reasonable commuting distance of the clinic
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Applicants will be asked to indicate their mode of transportation
  • Strong communication, organization and customer-service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, professional and comfortable working in a busy clinic environment
  • Previous medical, rehabilitation or clinic administrative experience is an asset
  • Previous physiotherapy or PTA experience is considered a strong asset
  • Comfortable using computers, email and clinic software

We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, takes initiative and follows through on tasks.
