Associate F&B Manager

<p><strong>Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa</strong> is looking for an <strong>Associate F&B Manager</strong> to join our team in Jamaica.</p><p><br></p><p>This role will support the F&B Manager in the planning, coordination, and daily operation of the Food & Beverage departments, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with quality and safety standards, and an exceptional guest experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Gastronomy, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.</li><li>Knowledge of F&B operations, costs, planning, food service, and food safety and hygiene.</li><li>Advanced English and Spanish.</li><li>Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work with operational targets and KPIs.</li><li>Ability to manage teams and work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Main responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support the F&B Manager in planning and managing daily Food & Beverage operations.</li><li>Monitor staffing levels and schedules according to occupancy and operational needs.</li><li>Supervise the opening and closing of outlets and ensure proper operation during critical service periods.</li><li>Monitor inventories, costs, supplies, equipment, and resources across F&B outlets.</li><li>Ensure compliance with operational, food safety, hygiene, and service standards.</li><li>Support training and development programs for F&B teams.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve productivity, upselling, and revenue generation.</li><li>Monitor and report on sales, productivity, costs, inventories, and operational KPIs.</li><li>Lead and motivate teams, promoting accountability, teamwork, and continuous development.</li><li>Address guest complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution.</li><li>Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.</li><li>Support preventive maintenance, deep-cleaning, and sanitation programs.</li><li>Stay up to date with gastronomic trends and customer service practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation package.</li><li>Professional development and growth opportunities.</li><li>Training and continuous learning programs.</li><li>Employee-focused initiatives and recognition programs.</li><li>The opportunity to be part of an international hospitality group.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are passionate about hospitality, Food & Beverage, and creating exceptional guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.</p>
