Position Overview

The After‑Hours Customer Success Manager is an entry‑level role designed to provide hands‑on experience in customer success while supporting the broader team during evening hours. You will manage day‑to‑day customer interactions, coordinate implementation projects, and serve as the primary point of contact for German‑speaking clients during the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM CET window. This role is a stepping stone to senior Customer Success Manager positions, offering a clear career trajectory and the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of Arenaflex’s products, processes, and client ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of customer success projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
  • Customer Onboarding & Training: Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences, deliver platform training sessions, and create tailored learning materials for German‑speaking clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the trusted advisor for all post‑implementation needs.
  • Issue Resolution: Serve as the first line of support for inbound queries, troubleshooting technical and functional issues, and escalating when necessary.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align on client goals, share feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM, generate status reports, and track key performance indicators such as adoption rates and customer satisfaction scores.
